Thea Sanzone
Thea is a rising third year undergraduate medical student at University College Dublin, pursuing a Bachelors of Medicine, Surgery, and Obstetrics. She completed a preliminary pre-med year at the University of Virginia before pursuing the direct entry pathway in Ireland. She has a strong interest in sleep research, specifically in the lasting effects that lack of sleep has on mood and cognitive performance. Through working in the center for sleep in cognition, Thea hopes to further understand the role non-invasive stimulation plays in improving cognitive performance. In her free time she enjoys, running painting, and spending time with friends and family throughout Boston.
